At SEVENFRIDAY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new timepiece or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via the support portal with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original SEVENFRIDAY wooden crate or packaging, ensuring all protective films, tags, and warranty cards are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
